Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Personify Labs Inc. collects, uses, and protects information when you use Vois.
1. Introduction
Personify Labs Inc. ("Personify Labs," "Vois," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Vois design token management platform, including vois.design, voisdesign.com, our web application, API, and MCP server (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash), and, if you sign in via a third-party provider (Google, GitHub, or Figma), the profile information that provider shares with us.
Integration data. When you connect Figma or GitHub, we receive and store OAuth access and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest), along with the design and code data you authorize us to access — for example, Figma variable collections and styles, and repository contents, branches, and commit history needed to read and push design tokens.
Design tokens and project content. Token definitions, collections, audit results, and related project content that you create, import, or sync through the Service.
Usage and device data. Log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, features used, and similar diagnostic information, collected automatically as you use the Service, including via cookies and analytics tools.
Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your payment method details on our behalf. We receive limited billing metadata (such as plan tier and payment status) but do not store full payment card numbers.
Communications. Information you provide when you contact us for support or otherwise correspond with us.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including syncing tokens between Figma and your codebase;
- Authenticate you and secure your account and connected integrations;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions;
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service;
- Monitor, debug, and improve the performance, reliability, and security of the Service;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Use; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your Customer Content (your design tokens, source code, or repository contents) to train general-purpose AI or machine learning models.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and project information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account or disconnect an integration, we delete or anonymize associated personal information and revoke stored OAuth tokens within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypting OAuth tokens and other sensitive data at rest and in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact us immediately at security@vois.design.
8. International Data Transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect information transferred internationally.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can access and update most account information directly in your Vois settings, or disconnect a Figma or GitHub integration at any time from your project settings.
To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@vois.design. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@vois.design and we will take steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date below and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact us at privacy@vois.design. Personify Labs Inc. is the operator of the Vois platform available at vois.design and voisdesign.com. See also our Terms of Use.
